There’s something about “click bait” that’s intriguing!😂😂😂😂

It's not 7 trillion miles away. That's just over a light year, and the nearest star to our system is Proxima Centauri, at ~4 light years.

So the terrifying discovery is that the telescope can detect features of distant planets? 🙄

How terrified should I be? ... It's early and I haven't had my coffee yet.

7 trillion miles away, did they get the license plate number?

Just as a light note, Aliens would not be telling us that they come from specifically "Proxima Centauri". They would have their own name for their planet and galaxy. They would have to point it out on a Star map that was designed on Earth and we would have to tell them what name we have for that Galaxy and star. Or am I thinking too much into this.

The fact that we have landed on the moon and have constantly left Our trash behind and littered it is honestly not surprising and in typical unfortunate human form. wtf is wrong with us?

He's talking about atmosphere like he's ignorant. Luna is actually in Earth's atmosphere. Look into it! Not even NASA disagrees.

Take note: they mention the diameter of the moon crater but not the depth. There is a very specific correlation between the width and depth of a crater. The ratio is VERY consistent amongst nearly all impact except the craters on the moon. For some reason when the craters have larger diameters the depth doesn't scale accordingly. It's almost like there is something hard just below the surface that is strong enough to repel the most powerful of impacts.

I don't understand why we watch cartoons, animations and cgi while listening to the same stories all the time. I turned on this video to see what the telescope discovered and you are showing me cartoons

The people on that planet are looking back at us saying hey that blue planet has city lights. 😂

When I see some of these cool documentaries it gives off the vibe like we are watching the intro to an alien invasion movie.

We only know how life evolves on our world. That doesn't mean its the same set of rules on other worlds. The possibilities are endless.

Someone please explain how they can zoom in THAT far, but they cant zoom in just a little bit more to see the planet itself and its possible inhabitants? Does the telescope max out at 7 Trillion miles? Aw shucks, should've upgraded to the 7.25 trillion mile telescope. dangit!

What is terrifying about a faint glow on a distant exoplanet?

City light on other planet, , , , where is the story?

If they are using a laser it could be us in the end loop. Due to the laser effect you can send it out and due to magnetism it will circle back.
