Just what I needed since I made up so much applesauce in small jars, but ran out of them so had to use 3 huge jars for the remaining. From my own tree so dehydrated chips, bags of sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar in the freezer and so much apple sauce. Glad for the 2 cups to use in this cake. This must be the most perfect applesauce cake I have ever seen!
