GIS Skills: ArcGIS Pro Introduces Graphics Layers Part 1

Get serious GIS Skills by learning how to add and manipulate graphics layers. ArcGIS Pro now lets you add graphics layers to your map. With graphics layers you can add graphic elements to your maps, which is a quick way to draw attention to a specific area or make notes or quick annotations without having to create a feature class. I actually created the thumbnail for this video using graphics layers in ArcGIS Pro. While doing so I ran into a limitation of graphics layers - they can't exceed 10 MB. So you can't go too crazy with images.

If I have added graphics to the template view but not on the map itself, does that mean I cannot re-order the graphics elements to display beneath the map elements? (I have just added lines to a template and realized the graphic lines cannot be re-ordered to display underneath the map elements, and I was wondering if it's because I only drew these graphics in template view, not map view)
