10:30 That scripture passage was not about the Lord going up into a realm, rather it was him going down into Sheol/Hades to release the captives who had been there from the beginning of creation. It was Satan and his emissary who was confronting the Lord in a pretense, ss if he was not aware that he had the authority now to enter after having gone through the crucifixion. This may seem like a small detail, but it is different from how we would experience confrontation to go up into higher realms for spiritual revelations. I am not at all doubting that we must have an abundance of spiritual energy in order to enter higher realms, every little detail of our day it is important to note how we are placing our focus and attention. What are we thinking about? How are we speaking to people? For even many people who are really striving to live holy, I'm sure there are times when they miss things, get out of love and kindness, allow circumstance or people to throw us off balance. Everything is sent to us to help us to grow, every situation is carefully monitored by God to be of our best benefit if we can use it wisely.
