Isn't only the omitted medication with code 10 need to be written on the box of last page?? Why medication coded 6 need to be written on the box on last page?

hiii, i m a bit in a muddle. i failed implementation for various reasons, but i mainly want to know for sure if the medication bottle doesn t have an expiry date, do i verbalise and not give ? or give ? heeeelp, i have OSCE again this thursday. thank you
