This webinar hosted by Dr. Damiano Rossi introduces you to Dolomite's approach to drug encapsulation in precisely controlled, monodisperse, PLGA particles. This is a practical session showing how you can create particles using a microfluidics approach and explain the benefits over traditional batch methods. By the end of the session, you'll not only see the benefits but also realise how you can easily validate and then scale-up production with Dolomite.

1) Introduction: 0:00 - 3:00
2) Why use microfluidics for particles production? 3:00 - 6:35
3) PLGA particle production for drug delivery via droplet or precipitation methods
using Dolomite: 6:35 - 13:40
4) Dolomite PLGA system set-up and explanation: 13:40 - 21:30
5) Dolomite Flow Control Centre software explanation: 21:30 - 24:30
6) Scale-up with Telos: 24:30 - 27:50
7) Final conclusions and additional information: 27:50 - 29:33

Thank you for the nice webimar. Could you comment on the stability of this particles? Lets say once you have the particles as a final product, how do you prevent degradation form ambient humidity
