He's going to act like he won't necessarily do it, and then agree like a week before. We decide these things early and decisively. We're also going to leverage the fact that the Democrats set the parameters for the first debate. All that being said, we're probably going to do a whole training montage with 45 if we want it to be a +. Even if it's a small minus, it's better than not doing it. And Kamala is less popular the more you see of her.
