Don't Buy A Camper From Lotta Boundaries

This video is about the issues I have with my 2021 No Boundaries 10.6 and how Forest River/ No Boundaries and their dealers have not honored the warranty. In my opinion these are significant reasons not to purchase products from a company.

We bought a 19.3 with the curt suspension. We put an Anderson weight distribution hitch on it (the chain type) and It tows great We have gone over the great divide in Wyoming with high winds and had no problems towing with a Cummins Ram 2500. However we had lots of problems with electrical and plumbing. I fix all my own stuff because no one is worth a shit at anything any more. The ground cable was too short and pulled the crimped end off. I solder all my repairs. The plumbing fittings were not even hand tight. Simple fix. I love how the suspension "floats" over the curb! LOL. My wife's friend said "Gee I've never seen anyone bring tools on vacation before!" I've driven old junk all my life until now.

I was thinking of buying a No Boundaries RV - found this video and totally changed my mind. Going with a more expensive RV now (Escape).

Thanks for this information. I'll be looking for something different. I like this setup too, so something similar.

I've owned a No Boundaries travel trailer. I didn't have anywhere near the issues you are experiencing. But your point is valid and I believe what you're saying about the manufacturers. Sorry for the shitty build quality and bad experience. A lot of people advocate for getting inspections on RV's before purchasing them. While I understand your complaints and know how the manufacturers are, this isn't going to be the experience on every trailer. But you are right to make the video and I hope Forest River will do the right thing (they won't).

The 2 best days of RV ownership. The day you buy it and the day you sell it.

Thanks for the heads up. After watching many videos, I decided to just buy a used trailer and deal with the maintenance myself. Why pay a premium for lies and no warranty support.

sad that they would not stand behind the product .. i will never purchase any no boundaries product after watching your honest review .. shame on them for not fixing the issue instead of passing the buck .. not a way to build a good name or product .. thanks for sharing your experience

Additional comment about Forest River. Whenever I speak to ANY RV salesperson anywhere, and I say I refuse to buy a Forest River product because I had such a horrible experience, they say they understand in a way that leads me to believe they really DO

I was at a Florida dealership about to put down on a No Go. I wasn't impressed with the Coleman AC and one window. I asked if they could remove the RTT because I already have one they said NOPE. $2450.00 more for the RTT - hilarious. I saw the Intech and was on the fence about the 2. Thank you for this video. After the hurricane leaves tomorrow I will be closing on the InTech. I hope Forrest River sees these comments.

If not already done so, I suggest contacting the National Transportation Safety Administration. This is clearly a safety defect that can cause the tire to overheat, catch on fire and/or catastrophic tire and rv sidewall failure rapidly causing an uncontrollable driving situation leading to a crash.

Also, the axel and RV frame out of square “misaligned” can also lead to catastrophic loss of control causing a crash.

I bought the 19.1. I started liking it after I accepted that I paid a lot of money for garbage. RV techs at the dealers are of no help and screw things up more. I have gotten good at making my own mods and repairs.

I worked for three years as an R V tech. Hold on tight, at three different dealership. All three operated the same, lie, lie, lie and promise a bunch of nonsense and double talk. They couldn't wait to get rid of me because I told the truth All RV are a large pile of high priced JUNK.

I had a similar experience with Forest River. My Forest River Grey Wolf 274VFK was in for service for SIX MONTHS. Couldn't get any help from Forest River. The trailer was falling apart from the first day I got it. Parts were impossible to get. The entire experience was an absolute

Interesting issue and sad that Forest River has such pitiful customer service. We picked up our NoBo 10.6 in 2019 and immediately did an upgrade to two batteries with 200W of solar so we could do basic fair weather boondocking. We still have that little NoBo and this last Sept 2022 did the SW national parks road trip in it - combo of on and off grid campsites. The framing and doors are wonky so the seals aren’t great if you hit rain showers while driving. Always a high chance of water getting inside. We’ve already replaced three of the batwing hinges and always get pissy about how the water runs off the sides of the trailer under the bat wing splashing inside if the ramp is open. We use an air mattress as the foam cushions are crap and have never used the “dinette” foldouts. I’ve bumped/scraped the backside of the pantry’s metal box corner enough times while sleeping that I have put those foam corner protectors on it to not draw blood. And we built our own ramp stands to make a deck. The 2019 10.6 functions, but is obviously cheaply made. I do expect the cheap underside board to eventually rot out and need replacing. It picked up plenty of mud and sand between Zion and Canyonlands to shorten its lifespan. We love the smallness of the 10.6, but are now looking to upgrade to something with an indoor loo. 2023’s beast mode suspension, the supposed cold weather cladding, and off grid solar package are welcome improvements and appear to be a response to complaints on NoBo’s lack of real off roading capabilities. Sort of a compromise of better quality to match the smaller price tag. Forest River’s / Palomino’s Ember Pulse and smaller off-roading brands like Black Series and Conqueror are almost at or over the six figure mark so we covet, but are practical enough to hope for something more affordable with a decent build quality. When we bought the NoBo, the InTech wasn’t tall enough to hold a paramotor. :(
