Not everyone knows the Dos and Don'ts of court. This judge was not only harsh but ott, judging her for wearing shorts? Seriously? The lady said this was her first time, she didn't know and even apologized. Instead of sending her off with a warning the judge treated her like a criminal.
Hats off to the lady for not fighting back or creating a scene, she could have even sued the judge with the help of a great lawyer. I liked that she calmly walked away.

I understand courtrooms have to be respected and hence the right attire, behaviour (no shouting etc) is required, but hand cuffing her is too much.

She could have just warned her not to repeat such behavior. This is just way toooo harsh and it felt like the judge was enjoying this authority over people.

these type of judges are dangerous and shouldnt be at working. ive seen time and time again a judge can seem too do what they like in court and nothink can be done.
i dont see anthink wrong, just she took picture that women would of happily deleted. mention shorts is crazy, she not there as a barrister or working as court offical she there for a relative. shame on this judge.
i truly believe all court actives are live and recorded
