The college should have dismissed her immediately. You walk into a professional environment that you go to school for to make a living and you would definitely get fired. If this was for clout or attention the school definitely needs to seek her dismissal, as this will also taint the schools reputation if it has one.

In 2003, I had a 12th grade class in which a girl came in wearing less than this girl. Every student in class said it was inappropriate.
Her mom dropped her off like that - I saw her het out of her mom's car.
I sent her to the VP as a dress code violation and the VP lashed out at me for it.
I am very glad I survived the grind and helped as many students as I could help.
I am even more glad to be retired now.

She needs to realize that she's in a classroom, and not at the beach or the pool either!! The teacher had every right to tell her that she had to dress appropriately for school. After all, both the schools and the workforce definitely have dress code policies in place. This girl should have been sent home in the first place.
