The stories I hear from Koreans who immigrated here to Australia is that the education pressure and competitiveness is so brutal, it can drive a lot of people to suicide. Both students and teachers. South Korea has one of the highest suicide rates in the world. Be kind to yourself and take care.

As someone who is non Asian, I can say from observation that the students who study the hardest are Indians. It's just my opinion, but it blows my mind how someone from Hong Kong could get enamored with 'K-Pop' when Cantonese Pop is so much better; especially the classic Canto Pop....Priscilla Chan, Jackie Cheung, Faye Wong etc. I'm of Mexican background btw.
