Only way to legitimately stop hackers is having an invasive anticheat client that can scan/monitor your computer. This works with Riot and league but idk if valve would actually do it. Would be lot of pushback.

Not to be a downer but the new anticheat does not look promising. The ability to ban cheaters mid-game pales in comparison to the ability to actually ban cheaters. A good anticheat will in most cases be intrusive like FACEIT AC, Vanguard or ESEA. If VAC continues to be not intrusive like it always has been, VAC live does not add anything significant. I’d rather want VAC to ban 99% of cheaters after a game is done than it being able to ban cheaters mid-game but only 50% of them.

Anti cheat is very very hard to code and detect cheats, ill be very very surpriced if the new anti cheat works

Why cancel the match? Why not kick the cheater, restart the match and let a random take over.

so im supposed to lose 40min of my life in match where in last 5 round someone gonna spinbot and im not gonna get anything from the match nice job valve prolly there is more than 1 person working for ur company on analyzing cheats for sure ur not worst company after riot games and blizzard nope not at all
