Parsley, pepper and Delicius anchovies Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
Parsley 60g
Delicius Anchovies 4-6
Mild pepper powder
Lemon zest
Garlic, 1 clove
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt/pepper
Spaghetti, 80g

PREPARATION
Boil the parsley in hot water for 10-15 seconds, then cool it down with water and ice cubes, then put it in a mixer with boiled garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and filter it in a small colander.
Then cut the Delicius anchovies in small pieces and boil the spaghetti until firm.
Then put the parsley sauce in the pan and cook the spaghetti in it with a ladle of boiling water, then close the fire and add the Delicius anchovies and let them mix evenly.
Plate the spaghetti as a nest and complete with a Delicius Anchovies on top and some pepper powder, then complete with some lemon zest
