Again, great job on this cook. I started separating my point from flat a while ago, and gotta say it's way better to chase 2 cuts of meat rather than one. I know some people will criticize, but for me, it's nice to pull which ever one is done first rather than wait for the whole thing.

awesome job... looks great. I have a point that is pretty thin at the end... would it help to try to tuck it under and maybe tie it, or should I just sacrifice it and cut it off for something else?
