2:48 when the dispatcher says to her sergeant "you can call me a snitch if you want too" really shows what the culture inside that police department was like.

I was married to a dispatcher, their instincts are good, and they have little distractions. I have a lot of respect for the folks who work communications centers.

Don't want to be a "snitch" indicates the hostile work environment for anyone wanting to bring issues of wrong-doing to superiors. This creates a chilling effect for internal correction within law enforcement. It also creates broader complicity with so-called "good cops" who are silent when they witness "bad cops" engaging in acts of homicide.

2:48 she’s obviously uncomfortable telling the sergeant about what she saw. ‘You can call me a snitch if you want’ means she knows the police will try to sweep this murder under the rug.

The fact that the first thing the dispatcher said was "you can call me snitch if you want to" tells us all we need to know about this toxic and corrupt police gang culture. That lady was the only hero in this situation.

“As the crowd grew in size, seemingly so did their anger.”
No. As the crowd witnessed these cops *murdering* a man, their anger grew.

Yeah Chauvin looked so “threatened” by the crowd, sitting there on George Floyd’s neck with his hands in his pockets 😡

“Kneeling on another man’s neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds. He wouldn’t have done that to a dog on the street.” And that is FACTS.

If Chauvin was so concerned about crowd safety, then how come he barely acknowledged or looked at the crowd?

The 911 dispatcher testimony is important. It shows that what Chauvin was doing was outside of normal protocol. It isn't absolutely damning, but it doesn't help Chauvin.

As many in the crowd became aware they were witnessing a person being murdered and they became agitated. We saw it in real time too and it was murder.

"the growing crowd of people telling me that I was murdering him distracted me from not murdering him"

Ok so the crowd that was repeatedely repeatedly alerting the officers to the fact that floyd was dying and begging them to stop were actually distracting the officers from his care, got it! Smh...

Imagine being in the process of killing someone and somehow thinking you should not be under scrutiny from bystanders

If i am choking someone out and others are coming around threating me. I now have a valid reason to complete my choking effort until the person dies. This is their defense???

I don’t know what part of their training called for 3 men to pin someone face down to the concrete, with one of them kneeling on that person neck until the person is completely motionless, but if they felt threatened, scared or intimidated, why didn’t at least one of them call for backup?

The outcome of this case is going to be way more divisive in America than the OJ case.

Chauvin was so threatened by the crowd that he only needed to look up at them once in almost 10 minutes! The rest of that time he was looking down at the man he was killing with a smug look and grin on his face.

The crowd would not have become angry if he would have just arrested him and put him in the cruiser!!! This should be a plain and simple case! Chauvin shouldn't have acted as he did!!!! PERIOD
