Car wont start just clicks once (Problem Solved)
My ford F150 wouldn't start it would just click when I turned the ignition. This video is me showing how I found the solution to my problem. This video is for any DIYers or car owner that is having a common problem, and would like to know how to track down your issue.

This is my personal vehicle and I had my starter replaced not even six months before this video and I knew it wasn't an issue with the starter directly. I knew it was some kinds of connection issue because it wasn't engaging the starter at all.

Man I had done replaced my starter, alternator, battery even cut off a CV. Only if I would've watched this video first. People always think they know the problem with the car but seems there's always that one thing. Thanks bro for the knowledge you've shared.

You went through all the possibilities then got to the problem as well as explaining afterwards. 💪🏾

Really appreciate this video. My 11 F150 wouldnt start. Battery seemed fine. 12.4 volts. Accessories worked. Turn key and get 1 click. Wouldn't take a jump. I had replaced the starter in the last year. Turns out, the ground bolt on the starter was loose. Tightened it up and she fired right up! I'll have to go back and verify the bolt size is correct... Or perhaps I didn't tighten it enough when I installed it. Video was a big help

Good video. Thank you for posting that. I have the same problem on my explorer and figured it was a loose connection on the starter and you confirmed it.

Ford starters for many years have been notoriously hard to get to that third bolt way up by the engine, that's why in some cases that bolt isn't replaced.

dude... i just changed the starter motor to my dad's car... and i remember one of the bolts wasn't on super tight but i just wanted to see if the car started. i'm willing to suspect this is exactly the issue because.... now the car is dead outside and it's difficult to get to because gotta remove the battery and get really up in there.... damn... this is what i get for not covering all my bases. Thanks though i was really happy for you when the car started. I hope I have the same luck. Sometimes i guess it could be just that simple.

Wow this is a great reminder for a no start no crank thanks for posting this sometimes it's just a loose ground wire like this that causes this to happen. Also I noticed when you put your negative terminal on the negative battery terminal you didn't tighten it down. Definitely tighten it down or else you can experience this problem all over again🤯🌋
