This is a show about Asian fob stereotypes that takes place in the 1980s. So for all the people getting butthurt about it not being ''representative'' of the Asian population, or the mother's fake accent is ''off'', just know it's a COMEDY. So stop taking everything so literally. I missed the days when people watched comedies without overanalyzing it or getting their feelings hurt.

This show keeps getting better and better. The comedy never fails to keep me laughing. Jessica is a hard woman but always in a funny way so you can never hate her. The kids are awesome! Such great actors. The casting on this show is perfect!

The mom is HILARIOUS! That straight-faced deadpan delivery is just too good. "Wha is dis store so excited abou?" LOVE IT!

Don't understand why there's so much hate, I love this show. I laugh so much when I watch and I can't stop either. I think everyone should give it a chance 'cause it's hilarious

I love how relatable this is, especially bringing the Chinese food one. I'm actually from the Philippines and when ever I bring some rice and adobo people react just the same way as they did on the show lol

Guys, I'm Chinese and I've watched 5 episodes so far and I am LOVING IT. Seriously. This show is genuinely funny. Yes it's true Asian parents find it hard to say I Love You or I'm Sorry. Or if they show affection it's either through action or with more mean words. I really love this show! I don't feel offended at all!

Ohmigosh, I’m Indian and I can still relate to this so hard 😂😂😂 I guess Asian struggles and stereotypes are quite similar no matter what kind of Asian you are. Gosh, I love this show.
