Got the A54 for a great price. I'm happy with it. I've noticed what you're talking about the pictures, but it is a step up from my last camera, so it's not that much of a deal breaker.

Both phones are nice but it depends on various needs. Biggest for me was the SD card slot and bigger battery on Samsung. While the 7a blows away the A54 with it's camera and processing power and having more ram definitely helps.

However I had the 6a for a while and while a fantastic device it would get warm quite frequently, and would still happen even indoors with air conditioning. Biggest issue was with Pokémon Go and it wouldn't get too warm but the display had to lower the max brightness in order not to overheat. (But I would get a warning when using the camera, couldn't use the flash when taking pictures and video quality might be affected, but never got hot enough to make the camera unusable)

With the A54 being $350 on Amazon right now it's a pretty good bargain. While it doesn't compare to the Pixel in most areas but it does do them well enough, and having an SD card slot along with 4 years of OS support and 5 for security patches helped me buy the A54 instead.

I was thinking a54 cuz my phones getting old and still 4g . But a54 doesn't have snapdragon not even a old one at least but I found s21 ultra 256gb for like 450 used but good condition. Going with that flagship is the way niw

Wow Samsung pictures in the day of plants etc looks blown out compared to the pixel. Looks bad on Samsung pixel all the way
