Can you turn off audio messages totally? When I go to messages the audio button to the right of message box is there and can accidentally be hit. I tried to disable it in message settings but it is still there.

A garbage idiotic feature I hate that Apple forces and doesn’t give the option to turn off my only solution is to send my audio messages in FB Messenger and totally abandon iMessage audio message if I wanted to have a message read I’ll send a text I wonder what stupid engineer thought of this feature
