A "germ free" environment follows surgical room protocol - HEPA filtered air, an enclosed room and surgical attire. No touching the product with bare hands and unsterilized utensils. Think of a Subway counter behind a glass enclosure with separate pass-throughs for money and sandwich exchanges. A footlong sub would cost around $25. Not feasible.
