I ask them why they don't have any money and most stop the conversation right there and don't want to think about actually working. The more money you have to invest the easier it is to invest. If you don't have any money real estate will not magically fix your problems!

Yep Start with any job you get coz you will learn something from it. I wanted to be Radio Jockey but then I got job in sales & I loved selling so I did for 11 years nothing goes waste

Its okay to have a job, but for some people, when employed you feel like you have potential that is going untapped and you are scared you are slowly falling into comfort zone, which is a common trap in employment. When I left my job it was never because I wanted the easy way, I knew I chose the hard way especially coming from a background that only believes in employment so I had no business mentor, only naysayers, and its hard being alone and broke, but I still chose that way and I felt if I didn't stretch my limits I would live to regret that I stayed there so I am still struggling but I have learnt alot and I now have a direction and am headed somewhere finally. You gotta stay hungry to think, and always learn and do and fail and repeat. Invest in your self. I believe in the inner voice, everyone has their own succes path if only they listen to the inner voice and don't forget to sit back and rethink your choices. Its gonna be hard but you gotta take your bike up the hill to enjoy the ride down.

A job builds credit to get loans. A job creates w-2 to get mortgage start with house hack get 2 yrs experience as landlord now move to bigger units and use the future rents to qualify for mortgage, plus keep your job in meantime....go grant!

Yep, a job is where you get experience, start- up capital and credit + credibilty.
Great, if you can ask people to invest in your ventures, but not everyone has a community of believers for this. Some people were displaced from their careers or are healing and returning to work. So, a job can be time well spent for them.
