Today we got 3rd part of season lore, crazy how it fast flies, in month we get final part of trial and probably mission where we meet Keener.

I personally don't get the fuss over the Chill Out mask, but to each their own. Also, didn't know the loot goblin ran away, I always killed him too fast 😂

i have had him spawn near the vault control point. in the trees in that little park.

Got lucky today on my lvl 40 hardcore character.. dropped a chill out mask

Fast travel to DZ south entrance over and over until you find the loot goblin. Best spot to get him. As soon as you spawn he'll be to the right spawning from one of the four manholes.

i didnt log out but i was levelling a character and it seems levelling up resets like changing difficulty on the map does. maybe if you get a field cache the chance reset?

… I’m still mad that Keener isn’t dead. Kelso? I’m just sad. But I won’t be happy till I can bury a few pounds of lead into Keener. Ally? Begrudgingly okay with. Bigger fish in the tank to hunt. But, he better get what’s coming to him sooner rather then never. I Just hope are character is the one whole pulls that trigger.

Yes, DCD is a good spot. I'll try Lincoln Memorial. In NY if you fast travel to Widows Web then exit west and keep the buildings to your right and turn, again keeping buildings to your right, you'll run into loot goblin by park. Special note, as soon as you arrive at any of the DC locations, your mini map will flash red then solid in the direction the loot goblin is coming.
