The Division 2: (Guide) How to farm/get the New Cooler Rifle (Limited Summer Event)

I'm so sorry I left this information out everyone! Thanks to the kind people in our amazing community they brought this information to my attention! I'll try to do better in the future! There's an (Updated Link) in the Description to a Ubisoft page showing everything for the event in detail if interested.

There's a third spawn closet at the DZ South one. If he doesn't pop out of either manhole, run to the intersection to the north. He spawns out around the buses in the intersection.

I got the chill out mask from the loot goblin today which was great as that's one of the few pieces i havent fully expertised

You can't get the "new cooler rifle" after you have completed the seven apparels (one per day, so seven days in total). doesn't anybody get that??? these guides of farming for the rifles "NOW" are all bs SINCE THE EVENT IS NOT EVEN ON THE 7TH DAY!!!
