2024- log into a different account on ps5, try and play game then switch back to main account worked for me

It's digital edition ps5 mine so many are different in menu plus no 💿 games & it happens 2 different game's the last couple of months, I think it is an internet connection issue

I deleted the several times and deleted my user also checked software update and restored license. it didnt work. but the game run on the same ps5 login in to different user

I get it sometimes not constant and only on fortnite on sniper scope specifically when it happens

Brand new PS5, digital game tried every thing and still get this error only on dirt5 so far.Disconnecting network solves it

I have a ps5 & I only play apex legends & it’s a free game that is digital I tried the safe mode I tried deleting the game I tried unplugging my p5 I still get this same problem it’s so frustrating that I have a $800 game that still can’t run correctly

PSN has caused so many issues with PS. PS3 didnt have these issues and nor were there game updates. Game workers have gotten lazy and rely solely on fixing bugs and glitches through PSN. These issues should have been tested and game should be cleared before launching. Its obvious this new generation of game makers are the worse in history. To spend $550 for a console then $70 for game just it to crash on you is complete BS!!! You shouldn't need Internet to play a campaign game but its clear its all about the fckn money with these people. I would really like to walk up to Sony and just smash this bullshit in their face.

I just got my PS5 a week ago and can't believe this. I've already tried everything short of a factory reset, I swear to God if I have to ship this worthless brick back to Sony I'm going to fucking lose my mind.

Edit/Update: Had to be sent in for repairs, customer service well hell and I had to call several times to actually get ahold of someone who knew how to process a repair. The actual shipping and repair was surprisingly quick, but they forgot to put back the screw for the external hard drive and I had to buy a replacement off Amazon.

Sony can fix this problem, but they make it a pain in the ass.
