Uday was so twisted and psychopathic that Saddam refused to leave the country in his hands. Saddam was highly disturbed with Uday's violent tendencies. That says more about how awful Uday really was than any book or story could. Even though the stories about Uday are absolutely horrific. To put everything into perspective, Saddam literally had pregnant Christians hung, alive, from meat hooks until they died. Yet, this man felt his son was far too disturbed to rule Iraq.
