I believe it effects everyone WAYYYY different. If I take it ( I literally can’t stop taking it ) I love the way it makes me feel ( I’m also a addict though ) I work better, faster, and happier while doing it. It literally gives me TONS of energy/ motivation! It is actually insane how much it effects me BUT - it is HIGHLY ADDICTIVE! If you are one of the ones it gives energy to and takes pain away etc then it’s easy to fall into the trap. Once you go down that hole it’s hard to come out. Withdrawals from it SUCKS and after you know what it feels like - you almost feel like something is missing if you stop. ( Well at least that’s my story )

I cannot sleep to save my life on strong opiates. It’s weird as it’s a downer. They make me very sleep deprived, but that gets countered with the high so it doesn’t affect me too much

The best feeling I have ever experienced, was crushing about 60mg of OxyContin and mixing a line of that with a large line of coce in this one massive line. That was the first time in my depression when I literally felt the depression and every bad emotion go away because of a drug, and I was a polyaddict but only this really got me feeling “fine”. Didn’t have money for that though, coke here in Poland costs do much a average monthly salary is only enough to buy like 10-15g a month at most

Dangerous drug, got a bottle when I got out of surgery and took it until my pain was tolerable. Dumped that garbage down the toilet. It was fun while it lasted, but not fun enough to have it ruin my life.

Opiates are the best cure for depression I ever found but the price is very high

I just recently took some after surgery. I got only 15 pills and took as prescribed. But I could tell a huge difference between these and nicotine for example. When I would do a lot of nicotine, yes it would feel good, but I did not like how I felt. Whereas with the oxy, I really liked how I felt. That numb feeling and just relaxed with no pain. I really liked taking them. I could see myself getting addicted if I had anymore. I could have honesty needed another day or two on them for the pain. But I would start to not trust myself to be honest and take as prescribed. I don't like stimulants, I love depressants. That is why I am an alcoholic. I love to feel numb and be relaxed, to have my problems and pain just disappear. Including my thoughts to just tame down .That is why I drank so heavy. I'm glad I took only as prescribed, but I really was looking at them a lot and wanting to take double dose or more. It was close for me to becoming an addiction.

All in all it was a good experience with that drug. I was able to take as prescribed, but I never truly trusted myself the whole time because of my history with alcohol.

I took a Percoicet a few times after I fractured my ankle skateboarding. I wasn't prescribed it though. I didn't really like it because it made my skin itch, but it did give me a nice body high down my spine.

Percs have same opioid as Oxycontin but Percs have added Tylenol which is bad for your liver and they are instant relsease as opposed to Oxycontin which is extended release. My favorite is Roxicodone which is just oxy instant release no Tylenol.

Cancer patient here metastatic stage 4 I take oxycodone hcl ir no Tylenol involved just straight oxy 10mg I take 3 10s per 4 hours and no effect my pain still exist and no euphoria this is my prescribed dose idk how all these people are having such a different experience I take a mega dose 18 10mg pills a day and still in pain, the pill just doesn’t affect me no different than taking a Tylenol I need relief! Also on gabapentin and morphine still no effects I just don’t get it 32yo and suffering

I am on hydromorphone witch is way stronger than oxy and i am other way i don't know how any 1 gets hoked on coke i use to even shoot it and for years once the jonesing is gone in a hr nothing opiods u get super sick like death then some but anyway i didn't find any drug hard to stop but opioids thats hard

I took Percocets like crazy for years by prescription, it was my favorite until I realized it was causing constipation from hell and insomnia. I literally all my life only slept 4 hours a night but with Percocet and oxycodone I slept once a week. I never experienced addiction before ever, when I decided being constipated and the insomnia wasn’t worth i just stopped taking it.
