How to Build UNDERWATER Support Poles in Valheim!

In this quick Valheim Build Tips video, I'll show you an easy way to build underwater support poles!

Building across the water in Valheim can be brutal, but with this method, you'll be building docks and bridges like they're going out of style!

Valheim is an early access, indie survival game that draws some inspiration from Viking culture. It's an open-world survival and crafting game with both single-player and co-op PvE (player vs environment) mechanics.

Waves at Mat! Very helpful hint. The Cart trick I just learned about a few days ago actually after all this time as I was actually building a wooden dock and went looking for a better way to anchor the core poles in deep water to the dock foundation without keeping anchoring lots of poles. 😊

Thats a pretty cool way to do it, never thought of it myself. What i do for these deep water poles, is stand at the corner of my boardwalk and look straight down in the water. Use the hoe to raise the ground in a small pillar directly under the corner, till i get a sufficiant height, so i can make the 4m pole snap underneath it. Your way seems to be alot cheaper in materials, so thats probably the way forward :) Great stuff!

if your insane you could jump off a pole into the water to get further down so you can place more

This is a great technique, but I wouldn't be able to tolerate the poles merged incorrectly like that lol

So now the real questions is does the supports degrade underwater. Mine are always at half durability when i check

Unfortunately you can only build out so far in the ocean

I'm not sure if this technic work when you have the bottom sand at certain depth it mess up. (Mistlands update)
