This Moist Pumpkin Bread is made from scratch and is absolutely fool proof and easy to make. Add walnuts, raisins and more or just enjoy it plain. You will love this super moist fall quick bread!

✅Ingredients

• 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
• 4 large eggs
• ¾ cup vegetable oil
• ⅔ cup water
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 ½ cups all purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 ½ teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon ground cloves

✅Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 9x5 bread loaf pans.

2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, applesauce, water, and sugar until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and spices until just combined.

3️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans.

4️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

My 40 year old daughter is allergic to pumpkin so I have avoided it since she lives with me. I absolutely love Pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, cookies, etc., but have done without for years, her sons also love it but it is a No-No. Well, she is finally moving out and I am selling my house and moving down south so I can already start tasting the Pumpkin Pie and bread and cakes and Pumpkin Pancakes with pumpkin and cinnamon whipped cream, yummm.... I’m tasting it all now!!!! Wish me luck!!!

My 10yr old daughter made this today. We watched your video again first which was helpful. It was so delicious! New staple for us. We are already one loaf down in one day! She also said she likes you and thinks you must be a great mom. I agreed.

Made this yesterday. Had a 29 Oz can of pumpkin so I made a double batch. Came out so yummy and moist! My MIL had some honey cinnamon butter made up and it paired great with the bread!

I made this last night with some home made pumpkin puree that I made from pumpkins I grew last year. It was AMAZING! I will need to make it again soon, but I need to go buy some puree now. It would be cool if you could remake this video though because It was hard to follow in my kitchen because you are hard to hear. But I appreciate you posting this. Thanks.

I was out of sugar and substituted with 1c brown sugar and 1c stivia. This is a great and super yummy recipe. Made 1 full loaf pan, a pan on mini muffins and a half loaf. I also really love your chocolate craving cake with sour cream frosting. Thank you for sharing your easy to follow recipes 😊 me and my family love them ❤

Let me just start off that pumpkin is ok for me not one of my favorite but I had it on hand and tried this recipe out and was truly amazed. This was so moist and yummy. I added a cream cheese frosting I made once it cooled and added on top. Was wonderful and will definitely make again! Oh and I added toasted walnuts in the batter was even better.

I use parchment paper for my baking pans. And unsweetened apple sauce to replace oils for my breads.Been doing this for years. As a baker, breads come out very moist .

I made this bread 2 days ago and it was 😋. Nice and moist and the spices in the bread were nice and fragrant and you could really taste it in the bread.

My mom passed this recipe onto me when I got married in the 1980s. I make it every Thanksgiving. Don't try apple sauce in place of any oil! My daughter scolded me years ago when I tried.  Not exactly healthy recipe, but hey it's once a year, so we indulge happily! The only difference is my mom's recipe asks for 1 1/4 cup oil believe it or not! But it's moist. So funny to find the only other person on earth that has this recipe. Wonder if my mom knew you secretly :)
