Individual and corporate ownership of residential housing needs to be capped. No one Individual or corporation should be allowed to own residential housing in the volume they do, its ridiculous.

Cap the "rental market" ownership and rates, flood the market with homes for sale and tank the pricing back to reality. Housing prices, purchase or rent, are just stupidly high relative to average wages and earnings
