I was in Florence in May and i can vouch for the deliciousness of I Fratellini and don't forget Pino's Sandwiches as an alternative to the more famous one.

Gregor, i have a question or maybe a viedo suggestion. Small Plates. I had gastric bypass and when i go to italy its 1.5 yrs since. I can only eat small amounts at one sitting but several times a day. How do i accomplish this in italy... Florence especially? Great places to get good food but smallish portions?

I love your channel. Going to be in Florence in September (2023) for about 5 1/2 weeks. Taking a class outside of city (Pescia and Pistoia) and will be staying for a month in Oltrarna area. Then to Parma for a few days and onto Venice for a week. Cannot wait so this has been very helpful. But I was looking to sign up for your newsletter and I can find it.
