My mom couldn’t get enough of watching Sylvia on the Montel Williams show. I took everything she said with a grain of salt.

I went to her headquarters in Campbell, CA and got lost looking for the bathroom. I ended up outside her office and I could hear her through the door talking about how they need to push the books, get people to spend as much money as possible, yadda yadda...in that moment I knew she was a fraud and was so mad at myself for spending $1k to go to her fraud event. And she kept touting around and commenting on how handsome her new young fiance was...and he kept looking at her adoringly...it was so cringe.

She was doing a reading in a mall in Concord CA years ago. I was watching from the back of the crowd. An airplane missed the airport in the fog and hit the mall. She was there but didn't predict the crash.

I actually live in a small Northern California lake front town where she has a Home still, and her son Chris still lives in her house. Apparently He’s just like her with his “abilities”...he’s full of himself and always has shady characters with him. I suspect that he supplies them because they look pretty sketchy in and around town. He and a team are still profiting off her name and host Facebook live shows and take peoples $. Bunch of evil to me!

Back in 1996 I was pregnant and I paid to go to one of her seminar things in some New York hotel. Well she didn’t show up but did take phone calls….three questions only. I asked if my baby would be healthy and she said yes (I know, a real waste of a question) then I asked my due date…July 27… we’ll needless to say I was packed and ready that day she predicted and my daughter didn’t come along until 11 days later on August 6th. Third question my husband had and she got that wrong too 😑
