Choun No Kun

Bo kata - Choun no kun in a small space using the half step technique. In the OKDR and in our dojo this is required for Nidan (2nd Degree Black belt) in OKDR Kobudo.

Last night and this morning I made the connection between bō hojo undō #13 (uppercut, lower side block to the side, neck strike) and the equivalent moves here in Chōun no Kon, and corrected my form on those three moves. Thank you again for sharing these videos!
