1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/4 cup honey
Splash balsamic vinegar
1tbs smoked paprika
1tbs garlic powder
1/2 cup of water
Simmer for 15-20 minutes and blend
Amazing chicken and pork BBQ sauce.

Wojapi = A Native American sauce of dark berries. Traditional wojapi can be made with chokeberries, blueberries, huckleberries and/or blackberries that sometimes may be as thick as pudding or with a consistency of jam. A bit of sugar or honey may be added but the highlight of this sauce is the berries, not the sweetener.
