I'm no expert (at all) but isn't there suppose to be triple extension? If I'm not mistaken, in the ankles, knees and hips. Does the weightlifting shoes remove the requirement of extension of the ankles because buddy stayed flat-footed the whole time.

Алексей, а как научиться правильно принимать штангу на плечи при шимах и швунгах из за головы? А то опускать медленно больно, а ронять на пол не получается, так как зал не подходящий для бросаний.
