I had some 3-1 oil handy. I don't think I even used half a teaspoon on my j-cloth. IT WORKED IMMEDIATELY!! Thanks for posting

Hi, can you tell me what kind of lubricant? I googled lubricant for spin bikes and read that you you place a few drops on the brake mechanism but never contact the brake pads with the lubricant. So I'm confused. Are they talking about the same kind of lubricant you are? I believe its simply a silicone lubricant.

We seem to have a high pitch sound . Only when we increase the resistance with speed. Example “ high intensity.” Thoughts?

Hi thanks that's very useful! Also, how do I stop my seat for squeaking? If you had another solution/video, I would be happy to know. I got the bike from Facebook market, it's all good except my seat (and the flywheel that can do with some lubricant too!)
