The android saga was so much fun. Trunks’ ominous warning and then watching everything unfold leading up to cell. The mystery and sense of terror was epic. Especially on the old VHS tape commercials.

Also I find it funny that 17 always said he was the “ultimate/strongest android.” Then he kinda had the wind taken out of him when cell came around and 16 was revealed to be stronger. However, everything kinda came back around full circle and now 17 is basically the only one to rival goku. I LOVE that they brought him back. I was disappointed after the cell saga when he was shelved for awhile. But they brought him back and made him bad ass

I was always amazed with the idea in DB and DBZ that scientists like Dr Gero and Bulma we're able to not only create androids but then create androids whom were even more powerful than super Saiyans.

The android saga blew my tiny mind as a young boy. First realizing Frieza is back, there's another saiyan, the fact that he's also a SSJ, about the androids and Trunks' timeline, that they aren't the same androids Trunks was referring to, that the new ones are stronger, and that the newest villain, Cell, was potentially going to be the strongest. Oh, and Vegeta in a shower and wearing a pink shirt lol

I always loved how Trunks especially teen trunks from the trunks special was probably modeled after John Connor in Terminator 2.

Honestly the gammas being so strong makes more sense if you think that they had to sacrifice a lot of beneficial hacks like ki absorbtion infinite energy or even the ability to fire ki them selves all for raw power

Interestingly enough, 17 and 18 couldn’t sense power levels, but could read other things. For example when vegetas attack missed, 18 said something like he was off by 2 degrees. This combined with their eternal energy cores really make them fascinating. They were always my favorite characters tbh. I wonder if gero just hadn’t completed their energy sensing function.

I always liked the headcannon for the Super Android 13 movie that it takes place in the timeline where the Z Fighters defeated the Androids and Cell didn't show up.

The Androids were a crucial part in Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power. Android 17 was the last one standing in the ring and won the Tournament of Power for universe 7

Considering Eighter is a frankenstien's monster, he certainly had a soul... Which like the Alphas in Dragonball Super Chapter 88, likely had various body parts stolen from a nearby cemetery. Meaning he was a restless, wandering spirit who is practically immortal.

Just finished watching the entire video and I enjoyed this video yes androids while being the most fascinating characters to come out of Dragon ball weren't so much celebrated but in the recent media including the video game fighter Z and Superhero, the movie has not only expanded upon the androids involvement in the story but also makes them so much more popular. Once again a very well-made video and I enjoyed it very much.

Just great timing big D. My wife has gotten really into dragon ball, we started watching it around 4 months ago and we are just about to rap up the garlic Jr Arc. She just loves the show and Ader...8er...is one of her favorite characters. I can't wait
