I used to work security at Target- he was definitely security. We were trained to watch for odd behaviors. The way you were acting- running to the back of the store, grabbing stuff and then putting it down, lifting up shelves- he thought you were trying to steal something. He wanted you to feel awkward so you would know he was watching you. To this day whenever I go to Target, I can always pick out security now...

This happened to me in 1991 at a Woolsworth in Tucson. I bought with cash 1 of 2 Dusty Rhodes figures. I walked out of the the store to KB toys. A mall cop with a Woolworth employee showed up and the cop asked for the receipt because the woman claimed I shop lifted it. I produced the receipt and the man showed it to her...but I had to go back to Woolworth’s and have the cashier verify I paid for it. The woman never apologized. Later that afternoon I told my mom and we went back and my mom asked to talk to the manager. The manager came out and my mom wanted to know why this happened. The woman claimed I looked like a thief even though she admitted she saw me pay for the figure...they gave me the other Dusty Rhodes because I was being harassed and we were nice not to make a spectacle of it.. My mom wanted her fired or suspended from work. But Walmart and Target do have people that walk around looking like customers to catch shoplifters...sorry it happened.

He’s a store detective 🙌🏻 we have them in UK 🇬🇧 they work along side regular store security guards, patrolling all stores in that area 👮🏻‍♂️

So working retail and combining what I know with what you know it seems like he might be security. If he was an undercover target employee like you said then him doing circles is definitely him thinking your sus. I've done it to people who are stealing. It's a way for you to let them know that you know what they're doing without accusing them, but obviously you aren't stealing so it just makes it weirder

it had to have been an under cover worker because that same thing happened to me at walmart. This man kicked me out for riding on a horse on a stick in an aisle for 10 seconds!! I had no idea he was a worker and he would make sharp turns to watch me. It was scary because I am only a teen. Then I went back to my dad with my friend and he said keep walking out of the store!!! That was not fun.

Just had an extremely strange experience at Target. Saw way more red shirts than normal everywhere. Some guy followed me around watching everything I was touching and looking at and kept following me around. He Picked up the Tiny Terrors I put on the brand new NECA endcap. finally I ditched him and I looked in the undershelfs where I stashed a whole bunch of stuff and everything every last thing was gone. I had stuff all over.
Someone in Corporate must be watching your videos!!!
