Marta, i was thinking that it will be awesome a video about animes, series or books that you love/recommend. i love that videos, but I totally understand if that's not your kind of content. It's just a suggestion 🥰 Hope you getting better

Glad you enjoyed her videos. I’ve seen a bunch of them because I have a friend on instagram that loves them, but they have very little Pilates in them, if I am honest. It looks Pilates inspired fitness, and I say this as a Pilates teacher in training just about ready to test out for certification. Joseph Pilates created a set of 34 exercises and I’ve never seen any of them in the videos I have seen (which is a handful but not all). Depending on the school of training, there are many pre Pilates exercises and modifications on the exercises, but they are ultimately there to build up to the traditional Pilates repertoire. I would love to see what you think about the traditional exercises.
