How to use bug
Go to Dealership and interact rapido garage and exit the Dealership with icon if it's out select other car like velocitor and if has teleport back to garage enter Dealership again with icon wait a second and exit the rapido garage before system teleport you to lobby and you now in outside the Dealership in undergraund
