#3 is wrong! There are two more impossible die. Two pairs of dice featured centrally are reflected or "mirror flipped" across the y-axis, changing their handedness (in technical terms, chirality). Since the viewer's perspective is invariant by the nature of the fixed image -- we ourselves haven't rotated around them: we're still viewing them from head-on versus from behind -- that means only one can be authentic. No amount of rotations can produce a reflection from a steady object.

The riddle with the right number order is much easier as explained. Every second number is just +1

#2 has another answer. Evidently, you can divide the shape into 3 squares, and you can thereby divide it into 12 triangles of equal area: imagine drawing two diagonals across each square; you inscribe four identical triangles. As 4 divides 12 evenly, you can divide the shape into four shares easily by redistributing these inscribed triangles -- the base units of our tiling. In particular, stitch together 3 of the inscribed triangles for each share: merely delete one triangle from each of the 3-vertex corner squares for our first two shares, then take the later two shares to consist, each, of 1) the excised triangle from the adjacent 3-vertex corner square and 2) the two triangles in the 1-vertex square touching it, that lie along a diagonal drawn from its vertex to the vertex shared by the 3-vertex triangles. Done.
