- The best relationships are pure relationships.
- If there is someone above you, then that’s someone you learn from. And if you’re not learning from them and improving, there shouldn’t be anyone above you.
- If there’s somebody below you, it’s because you’re teaching and enabling them. If you’re not teaching or enabling them, then get a robot underneath. You don’t need a human being below you.
- The younger generation is starting to realize. If they’re going to work, they’re going to work for themselves.

I love how this just answered every question I just had in my comment on your accountability video. And I’ve already seen both of these videos so that’s sad haha. As the quantity of workers decrease the quality of work increases. There will be increasingly less barriers to entry for businesses in the future which means there will be more businesses with less people. Win/win for everyone
