I'm a 36 year old man and a dentist. I went out on 2 dates with this 34 year old accountant. Not once did she ever say "Thank you" when I paid for our meals. She just sat there and did not say anything. It came off as her having a sense of entitlement and it really turned me off. I never followed up with her after 2nd date hoping she would get the hint. She ended up reaching out to me, and I ended it with her. She was surprised and wanted to know why. I never gave her the reason.
