It's time for a total body HIIT workout team! Three circuits filled with full body exercises that will have you feeling strong, sweaty and energized. Keep the pace up, stay in control and do your best!

Breakdown: 3 full body HIIT circuits x2 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

This morning I woke up after a particularly good nights sleep and an excellent high protein breakfast. I said before the workout... "Ok Heather... Bring IT!!". Well, that teaches me to NEVER dare you again. That was INSANE!!!! Just when I thought you could not get any worse.. Hold Chair into Jump Squat!?!?!b😈😈😈😈. Bookmarked for sure!

Heather, my 3.5 year old twin girls follow me along every day when I am exercising. When I lift weights they do that with their bubble wands :) :) You are not only helping me, but also inculcating good exercising habits in them too. Thanks so much <3

I cant believe this challenge will ended in three weeks. Week 9 kills me every day, but hope next week I will be not that weak. Thanks Heather for this 12 weeks journey, I just love it :) Please, do another soon!

Im on week 9 of this 12-free workout consistently and I’ve lost 8lbs already. But the real achievement is the strength and endurance i’ve gained throughout the weeks! I feel at my best with your workouts Heather!❤️

I could add this comment to any of the previous or future trainings. I am so satisfied at the improvement that I've made in the past 9 weeks. I am a 55 male. My favorite sport is MTB (Enduro). Once a week I do 20-30 km with 600-800 of positive climb. These 9 weeks have given me a lot leg strength to climb more easily and body strength to manouver and to get out of complicated situations in time. Thank you for the program. 3 weeks to go and I need to find out how how to maintain/improve the level

Day 3 week 9 is sweater and more effective than previous days another weeks. I feel more strength and energy However exercise "Jump Squat " is difficult!👌💪 Every morning workout of Heather gives me a huge amount of emotions and impression!🍓
