Mint Chocolate Protein Bars (23:47) -- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 egg whites, 1 3.5 oz container of fruit-flavored baby food, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/3 cup stevia, 1 Tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 scoops vanilla whey protein, 1.5 cups old fashioned oats, 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/4 tsp peppermint extract. Blend ingredients in a food processor. Spray an 8x8 baking dish. Pour mixture into the dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350. Treat yo self!
