New research is that .6-.8g/lb is fine for body building even. This guy doesn't have enough muscle for him to need more.

I doubt the longevity part of that. If you look at all the blue areas, where people grow over 100 years old, they often times don't have the money to eat that much animal protein. So to claim that that's the way to go for a long life, is weird. They eat a healthy variety of foods not just animal product, because we are not build to only eat that or overconsume that.

Look at him? Does he look like a picture of perfect health to you? What is wrong with everyone? All nutrients originate in plants, that is where the animal gets the nutrients from that ends up in their meat-flesh, just like us, animals with flesh..

That’s such bullshit hahahaha I mean 1g of protein per pound of body weight is the golden rule and 100% spot on. But 1g of protein is 1g of protein. Eating plant based proteins doesn’t mean he would have to all of a sudden eat 600g of protein each day wtf is he on😂😂
