Russia said Friday it had withdrawn more than 30,000 troops in Ukraine's southern region of Kherson, including the regional capital, as Kyiv said its forces were entering the city. FRANCE 24's Chief Foreign Editor Rob Parsons tells us more.

Ukraine will do much better in the winter than Russia. Ukrainian Troops have arctic winter gear rated for -40°C from Finland and Canada. Russian Troops don't have proper coats or body armor.
