Aerial footage shows the aftermath of a train derailment, which claimed three lives.
The incident took place near Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire.
One of the victims was the driver of the ScotRail service, the operator confirmed.
Six other people were in hospital with minor injuries after the train came off the tracks in an area hit by heavy flooding.
