1.Whether the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sunilkumar B case has categorically held that average pay of last sixty month's is to be the sole criteria for calculation of pension on actual salary?

2. What is the provision of Para 10, 11 & 12 of EPS 1995 which was amended on 22.08.2014 say about?
1.Only Last 60 month's average or
2. Combination of last 60 month's average pay & Pro-rata
which is legally correct in view of Hon'ble Supreme Court Order in Sunilkumar B case.?

3. 2014 amendment having been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court what are the implications of it on calculation?

4. Whether the calculation method mentioned in EPFO email dated 14.02.2024 is correct?

I completed 60 years. I applied on line for higher wages pension in September 23 last year.
Till date, no information.
What could be next step?

As per EPFO reports to Govt. It is incurring loss.govt has plans to close loss making units and as such action on EPFO be taken and money be refunded to all members with interest so that they can live happily.
