I can't seem to just build an ordinary proven design.... Here is my build log for an antweight (1lb) made using carbon rods connecting 3d printed parts.

I really like what you are doing with your weapon. Makes me glad I'm only entering a beetle weight at BB. :)

You might want to consider BIG counter sunk screw weapon teeth, kinda like what team Rolling Thunder does with Saifu. Its much easier to get purchase on the opponent with the big teeth than it is to get bite with socket cap screws, plus you can sharpen them to gain even better bite.

One problem I see with the design Is that the bushings are not in the best place. Most of the time, its better to run the bearings/bushings in the drum and not have the weapon shaft spin at all(AKA a dead shaft). A dead shaft resists twisting because it can be made part of the structure. An easy fix for your bot would to relocate the bushings into the drum side caps. You might also want to consider a bigger weapon shaft, it looks kinda small to me. I haven't seen an antweight drum run anything less than .25" for the weapon shaft.

Don't use abs, use clear PETG from makergeeks or taulman.
