DIY CNC using re engineered IAI linear actuators

First test build using re engineered IAI linear actuators. I had to remove the ac servo motors and than i custom designed motor brackets that made it possible too attach a nema 17 stepper motor to the ball screw. This is too make the actuators usable with an arduino uno with cnc sheild and running GRBL firmware. everything works well.. later i was able to use this same setup to cut aluminum, stone, granite. using the frame from an old radial drill press, and some drawer slides and a bunch of poor welding skills.
